The competition evolved over time and reflecting social change, was eventually replaced by competitions inclusive of females and males. The functionality and appearance of the meeting room at the Pavilion will be undertaking an upgrade in the future months with the installation of secondhand kitchen benches and cupboards etc. As previously posted the Horse Program at this year’s Show had to be canceled due to the very wet conditions making the arena perilous for competition. We welcome volunteers accommodating to undertake a support role in planning and organizing the diverse areas of the Show including preparation of the facilities and presentation of the diverse aspects on Divulge Day. It’s not necessary to become a member of the Society or nominate for the Society’s Committee to help you can volunteer for one of the Show’s Occupied Groups. We had a lovely sunny day, appropriate crowds and lots of mirth with the fresh events, appropriate music, more sideshows, vast vehicle, machinery and animal displays, helicopter rides and another outrageous display in the Pavilion. We thank all our generous sponsors and volunteers who are key to the success of the Show. Bookings and payment in advance are essential.
